texting

So I'm sitting at work, totally part of the routine for a Thursday morning thinking about funny situations that happen through text messaging. Texting is such a convenient source of communication especially while trying to be extra sneaky…times where you can't just pick up the phone and call, situations like: being in class so your holding the phone under the desk, acting super suspicious as you try to press each key that you have memorized oh so well, while still glancing at the teacher like you are 100% tuned in with what they are saying. HA. Without texting, some people wouldn't be able to have these awkward experiences that simply only happen through texting...

- When you text someone and then they don't reply... hours later you think to yourself "Do they simply just not want to talk to me?" Or did they not get it? Then you proceed to send again convincing yourself of course they didn't get it.
-Misunderstandings are super common when texting, it's so hard to tell peoples language while texting. Many of times I've interpreted peoples texts like they were mad when simply they were not. All about how we perceive things...
-How about when you thought you've hung up the phone but simply haven't... then you look at your phone and realize the call's still going.
-How about when you feel your phone vibrating thinking it’s a text, and then after you've answered realized it's a call so you are forced to answer...
-When someone texts you and then you go repeat whatever "this person" says to your roommates, mom, and friends seeking advice on what to say in return then proceed to type whoever gave you the "best" response..
