late night

I am up at this late hour for two different reasons. First being that Beau and I watched a movie tonight here at our apartment at 9:30 p.m. and I fell asleep in his arms within the first ten minutes, then we got up at 12:00 a.m. to go to bed and I was wide awake. Second reason is because I have a huge stomach ache.

This week has been pretty long, longer than most but it ended so great. At the beginning of the semester our goal was to find jobs coordinated to both of our schedules so that way we can still do something together each day. I have school M.W.F. from 10-3 and work 8-12 T.TH.SAT. Beau found a job where he could work M-F 10-2 and then Saturdays from 8-12. It was perfect! We would both get off at the same time each day, do a little homework then spend the rest of the day just being with eachother, taking mini day trips, renting movies, bike rides... you get the deal. Well, his job called last week and said that the morning position job is now closed so the only hours he could work were in the afternoons 2-6 or 7. Needless to say I was so bummed. These past two weeks I have been super lonely trying to keep myself busy and occupied while Beau is at work. I know its not "real life" that we get to hang out all day long but it was so wonderful. So, with that being said I have made a big list of "things" I want to accomplish this semester while I have so much time on my hands.
The list includes: learning how to croquet, make Christmas gifts for my family and the Winters, attend Zumba two days a week in Sugar, play on my brothers volleyball team, temple once a week, collect quick and easy recipes and put together a little cookbook, run a few miles each week, invite a couple over once a week for dinner, and always have a craft going. I think I have a good list going..well see how I do :)

Okay, for two seconds let me rave about how much I love my husband. Beau is so wonderful and each day I feel lucky we are together forever. He has been so great these past couple weeks to make sure that I'm always busy and happy. He always texts me throughout the day asking how I'm doing just to check up on me or asks if their is anything he can do to make me feel better. Tonight after we played a competitive game of racquetball we pulled up to the house, he rolled down the window and said "It's nice outside... pizza in the park?" He's the best!

goodnight
