beau + lindee

lately we've been busy with work, preparing talks, primary lessons and enjoying every minute spent with eachother

we spoke this past sunday on blessings of living in the latter days

"we will be blessed if we keep the commandments and live by faith. these are challenging times and they are going to become even more challenging but I believe there are many blessings to living in the latter days."

the four main blessings i focused my talk on were.....

+ temples

+ the book of mormon

+ patriarchal blessings

+ receiving counsel, direction & hope in troubled times from prophets

{beau and i have been married for a year and haven't been asked to speak until NOW. were we just lucky? jk. it wasn't that bad}

we had another awesome friday/saturday with a picnic at donkey rock with panera sandwiches. then later we saw kung fu panda 2.

it seemed a little slow, but overall we loved the movie.

..definitely made us laugh a lot which is a plus

" i sense that they are near...i feel a kung fu chill coming up my spine."

sunday night on the other hand wasn't so great. beau had a bad migraine. i have seen him get them before but never like this. he was writhing in pain and there really wasn't much i could do besides get him medicine, water and just sit by his side. it literally hurt me inside to see him in so much pain. i said a huge prayer and after a few hours he started feeling better.

i hope i never have to see him in that kind of pain again. i love beau way too much.

the weather has been rainy here...

i am literally counting down the days till newport..

i check the weather there everyday..it sounds heavenly.
