we had a happy 4th of july filled with bbq's and fireworks.
we started the day off right and headed to the pool. it was packed, but i enjoyed every minute of the people watching action.
{side note: here its so uncommon for homeowners to have pools in their backyards because of the pipes freezing in the winters so everyone resorts to the rec centers to cool off. my mom and i were talking about it and something about having your own kids and having to go to a rec center to swim doesn't sound nice. so, when beau and i settle down we definitely want a pool of our own. plus, everyone knows summer night swims are the best and when the pools close at 8 that isn't fun.}

anyway,
we ended the day by getting some coldstone and watching the fireworks at a park in littleton with chelsea, jed, trevor, katelyn and baby andrew.
andrew did so well watching the fireworks, he is the perfect baby.
i love 4th of july, everything about it.
can't wait till next year.
