forgive me for double posting today but i have lots of time on my hands that i know i won't have come fall.
sidenote: we have started the packing process, FINALLY.
normally i am one to pack at least a week in advance for vacations... i just get so excited i can't help it.
but,  i have been good this time and beau said i could start packing today seeing that we are leaving in just 3 days.
i am all ready to go! i am stoked.
we have been looking at excursions and boy oh boy i can't wait.
anyways,
since we don't have internet in our basement it has left me with looking through pictures for hours on end.
yesterday i watched all of beau's mission videos and looked at all his mission pictures...
{mind you, i have done this before a time or two}
i wanted to post just a few...
he has such a special place in his heart for honduras and the people he met/taught there.
sometimes he reads me some of his journal entries and they truly touch my heart.

see how cute he is?
man, i sure love this guy and am proud to be his wife.
i always thought i could go on a mission and of course i have never experienced one but, i never doubted that i wouldn't be able to talk to someone by just knocking on their door.
WRONG.
when i went selling with beau i would freeze up at peoples door-steps and have beau take over..
not to mention the rejection, it makes me wonder how people can feel so good about being SO rude to someone.
you really have to be a strong willed person to take the rejection and carry on with a smile on your face.
so point to all this is... i have no idea what it is to be a missionary but i do know one thing...
to be able to share the gospel everyday of your life and have that be your main focus is awesome.
i'm looking forward to when i get to serve a mission with beau..
for now,
i'm happy to know that i can be a missionary through example of how we live our everyday lives.

I LOVE those pictures of Beau on his mission! I haven't seen them before...I wish I'd had all his pictures before I made his mission book.
