beau + lindee

Today was a good day for many reasons. Here are the top 3.
First, because I took a nap. I am definitely not a nap person, but today it happened. Normally if I try to lie down to attempt to take a nap my to-do list haunts me and then I keep re-playing in my mind all the things I need to get done and can't fall asleep. After school I was thinking about the things I had to get done and my list wasn't bad so I decided to lie down. BAM. I feel asleep for an hour, it was great. When I woke up Beau was coming back from doing 2 loads of laundry, which I totally forgot I needed to do. Thankfully, I forgot or else I wouldn't have fallen asleep. I have a good husband, I'm telling you.

Second, all my gifts I ordered from Amazon on cyber monday came in today. Thank you amazon prime free trial and cyber monday deals.  Can I just tell you that I had absolutely no idea what 'cyber monday' was until I finally decided to look it up after I heard people talking about it in everyyyy class. So, when I got home I went on Amazon to look up the few items I needed to get for people and low and behold the $119.00 item for Mr. Beau was on-sale for $43.00. I felt like I was on extreme couponing except I didn't have to get the coupons they were provided for me! I was proud of that HUGE savings. HA! Now, Beau will never guess what this mystery $43.00 item is.

Third, I had to work on a project for my visual media class which means I had to go to the media lab so I could use all their lovely programs namely photoshop & indesign. Going to the media lab means I get to listen to all my 'weird' music as Beau would call Regina Spektor and Imogen Heap. He doesn't allow those singers to be played in the car or in the house so I'm listening to the best albums ever.

That is all.

Happy Wednesday {to the 3 people who read my blog}
