This longgg trip we took to Utah this weekend was pretty unexpected. We had originally planned to head to Utah Sunday evening, spend two nights, and then attend Beaus friend, Pats, sealing Tuesday morning. Plans changed instantly Friday afternoon when Beau got a call from Melaleuca saying they found someone to cover his shift Saturday afternoon. Within an 1.5 hrs we were packed, found someone to feed Marco, and in the car headed for Utah without a plan. [Not always a good idea when it comes to sleeping arrangements] We had lots of giftcards from Valentines and Christmas we were excited to use. [Thanks Mom!] Friday night we got into Utah around 7 and headed for Red Robin. After we ate we shopped around the mall in search of some Vans for Beau... no success. We stayed the night at Beaus cousin, Parkers house and had a great night.

Saturday we slept in and then headed to tour around BYU's campus. I don't know how many times we've seen it, but apparently not enough because every time we come to Provo we somehow end up in the bookstore. We shopped it up at the University Mall and ate at Zupas. Zupas is definitely our new favorite restaurant. Beau said "I'm glad we don't have one in Rexburg, we would be there wayy too much." He is probably right...although I wouldn't mind that! Anyway, Saturday night we went to the BYU Mens Volleyball game with Maddie, Tyler and Parker. Oh man, watching them play and seeing the crowd get all riled up really made me miss college sports. I just miss the intensity of a game and the school spirit everyone shows. I wouldn't mind having an all sports pass next fall....just another excuse to go to the games. I loved seeing Maddie & Tyler...it had been way too long.

Sunday night we stayed in a hotel. I LOVE hotels.. The jacuzzi and indoor heated pools, the fact that you don't have to make the bed when you wake up, the room service. [Maybe that's my inner "slob" coming out, but whatever it is I just love it all.] Whitney, Tyler and Truman came over to jacuzzi with us.

Tuesday was Pat and Kyras sealing. The sealing was perfect and so sweet. They were both glowing with happiness. I'm glad we could be there to support them. Being in another sealing made me reflect on Beau's and my sealing.. I'm grateful for eternal marriages.
