beau + lindee

last week we went on our annual family trip to pinecrest. 

this year was extra special because my oldest brother got engaged to his sweet (now) fiance whitney. 

we couldn't be happier with the new addition to the family and i am extra excited to be getting another sister this december.

the week was spent

+ riding bikes

+ laying out at the lake trying to soak in every ounce of the sun

+ boating/fishing

+ eating at the snack shack every day

+ movies at the amphitheater

+ going to the movies in sonora

+ swimming

+ dinner at mia's

+ horse back riding

this year my dad wanted beau and i to be in charge of thinking up "special drinks" so each night we had a different drink for the family to try whether it was ginger ale with orange sherbet, shirley temples or any other concoction.. it was a fun deal that i'd like to keep going.

i look forward to future family reunions at pinecrest when all the boys are married and everyone has little kiddos :)
