we moved into the house my parents are in now when i was about 8 years old
you KNOW everyone has great style when they're 8, right?
well i chose bright pink walls, purple bedding and a big carosole horse to go in my room!
long story short this was my room [minus the carosole horse] until i left for college 11 years later...
this past year my mom decided to turn my room into the guest room
she painted the walls beiege
changed the bedspread and it looks GOOD
if i were to re-live my childhood again i think i'd go for something like this
what do you think?

yeessss! love it. when i was in highschool my walls were bright peacock blue and my bed spread was acid green! hahaha awesome! since then my mom has totally redone it and it looks much more respectable!
Yes, all this would be so cute in a little girl's room. Growing up my room was yellow and red...kind of a tropical Tahitian look. :)

haha i just left high school! my room hasn't changed much since then but i use to have purple walls and a bed side table light blub with flowers on it so whenever you turn it on flowers apppear on the walls haha.

oh i would come over & play all the time :) i had to share a room with my sister when i was younger...she loved stars. stars were EVERYWHERE on "her" side of the room :)
heck I'd take that now! haha
