+ right now i'm sitting in a parking lot in front of a gelato place that offers free wifi, why you ask?
because we officially don't have internet at our house and probably won't for awhile
beau and i started going into gelazzi gelato to do hw from our online classes, after going 4 consecutive days and getting pressured into buying something we figured out we could get wifi sitting in our car directly in front of it...
oh the things you do for internet...
throughout these couple of days i realized how important internet access really is and how resourceful it can be..
[coming from a girl who doesn't have a smart phone]
+ welp, sunday was mothers day
if i was home i would have given my mom a basket with all of her favorite things
namely.. lip glosses, mac lipstick & mcdonalds gift cards [yes, she say they have the best diet cokes]
but, we're 17 hours apart so a card with a surprise will have to do:)
anyway, just wanted to give a quick shout out to my mom & best friend.
she is the best, honestly i don't know what i would do without her.
i truly cherish our relationship:)
love you mom.
+ i got a job:) i'll be working at panera bread..
ever since we got one in fresno i was in love, if you haven't been, go now. also, i conveniently live .2 seconds away from the one here in highlands, so i'm excited to start working ASAP.
+ yesterday we welcomed in the newest addition to our family,
a little ford ranger to be exact..
we're excited that he will have a good commuter car seeing that he has to drive a long way to work depending on where he goes that day.
gas prices were killing us, i bet you're in the same boat!
luckily here in CO they are a little bit lower than california, we're grateful for the truck none-the-less.
+ on friday we went to a cinco de mayo party hosted by: chelsea & jed.
we had a ball..
they are great!
we are looking forward to summer plans we have with them which include vail bike riding & some camping!
+ i found this little quote and i LOVE it, especially at the point beau & i are in our lives
maybe its framed in our house:)

Aw this is really sweet! I was lucky enough to spend Mother's Day with my mom but next year it won't be the case, we'll be a 6 hour flight away. Congrats on the job as well!

For future reference places in Highlands Ranch with free wifi: Panera (convenient since you work there AND yummy!), McDonalds, corner bakery, the library (it's pretty nice, there's little rooms you can rent so you can talk and a big deck thing to sit on when it's warm) Starbucks, Whole Foods, and Which Wich.
